This is my feline version of Nefertari Mereyetmut, beloved Great Royal Wife of Pharaoh Ramses II. She was considered a great beauty and highly educated. She could read and write hieroglyphics, a rarity for anyone at the time, and was a skilled diplomat as well. She was the only one of Ramses’ many wives who was honored with a temple of her own. He held her in such high esteem that her statue at his temple is the same size as his, something that is unique in Egyptian history.
